HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER THAT I MADE ONLINE?

Within 3 to 14 business days after your order is processed on the Canadian territory. For other places, it all depends on the customs and the destination of the package.

48 hours after receiving the payment.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER ONLINE ALREADY DONE?

We invite you to write quickly to info@nkls.ca stating your full name, order number and desired changes. An official of the customer service you will quickly return to confirm whether the change is possible or not.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON NKLS.CA AND GO LOOK FOR IT IN A STORE?

We do not offer this service at this time. We are working on it.

I HAVE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER ONLINE. WHAT DO I DO?

We invite you to write to info@nkls.ca to explain the error on your order, your full name, order number and the phone number so we can reach you.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP?

Please send info@nkls.ca the details of your sponsorship request. The person in charge of that department will give you a result within 48 hours except durant the holiday season.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order is being processed, you will receive a tracking number by email from Canada Post. So you can track your package via canadapost.ca.

CAN I ADD AN ARTICLE ON MY ONLINE ORDER IF IT’S ALREADY PAID?

For now, we cannot add an element to an already made order.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A REFUND FOR A PURCHASE?

Our purchasing policy excluded the refund of a product. We offer the opportunity for an exchange or credit.

IF I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, IS THERE A FEE?

Yes, you will pay the costs related to the shipment and return of your order online.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE IN A STORE?

Yes of course. Simply present yourself in one of the two stores with the article and your bill. Within 15 days of receiving the package. If the product is not altered in any way we can trade it(refer to the exchange policy in the Terms and Conditions section) for another item. within 15 days of receiving the package.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY ONLINE?

All orders can be returned for exchange. Just go in store or send us an email to info@nkls.ca within 15 days following the date of receipt. This message should include your order number, name and product code of the item to be exchanged and the reason for your return. Returned products must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original label.

Note that we only exchange the same product for a different color or size. If the product is different, a new order must be placed. Exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item.

We refund shipping charges for defaulting products that are returned to us. However, we do not accept this responsibility before the item is received and confirmed as being in default. We will not refund shipping costs if the returned and inspected product is not in default. He will then be replaced or credited. The decision is at the discretion of the NKLS shop.
